BBQ at Jennifers and pool time at Jenns, with Stef and at home

Since we got back from the cruise, we have kept ourselves busy with friends and family...and of course the usual stuff around the house.

The day we came back to town from Galveston and the Cruise, we went to Jennifers for a bbq and pool fun! Since then we have had quite a few visits over there and fun in the pool with cousin Ethan!

For Memorial Day we went over to Stefanie's mom's and let the kids all swim together. Noah always loves seeing his bff Mason and Raylan and Stefanie love getting their time together also! This trip was particularly interesting because Ray was standing on the diving board, not even jumping and it just broke and dumped him into the water. The diving board tumbled over him and into the water, giving us all quite the scare, but above all else, Ray felt terrible about breaking it. Stefanie was just thankful that it happened to Ray, if it had to happen, instead of one of the young kids that are at her mom's often. Ray was okay, thankfully, just a few scratches on his feet from where the board slid across when it broke!

Raylan loved playing fetch with her Daddy, like he was a dolphin! haha I think she'd make a great trainer at Sea World one day! ;o)

Ray worked hard to get the pool ready at our house (and is STILL working on the yard) and the kids have LOVED spending time out there, as have we.

Noah is really starting to get comfortable in the water and swims now, just with floaties! Raylan, well, she is still just trying to learn to love the water. She likes to play on the edge, throw stuff in for Dad to fetch and sitting on the first step in the pool!
