Hair cut, time with friends and fun around the house!

It was a busy day at our house! Ray has been working a lot and then sleeping during the day, so we aren't seeing so much of him and that stinks, but we appreciate all the hard work he does for us!
Noah needed a hair cut today, so we went to do that and then met our friends Tiffy, Logan and Addie for some shopping. While we were at Cool Cuts for Kids, Noah had to go potty and their bathroom was out of order, soooo lucky him, he got to go to Starbucks and use theirs. This meant a drink and he LOVES that place! He and Raylan both got a vanilla milk, which is so cute, because they pump a little vanilla syrup into their cups of milk and they think it's coffee and feel soooo super special! Then Raylan got new shoes at Target, because she has outgrown all her old sandals...it seems she has jumped about 2 sizes in the past couple months or so. She is now in a size 7, comfortably, at the age of 20 months! The girl is growing so fast! She is also in a size 2t already for clothes. I thought I'd just get the shoes big to accomadate her square foot, but to my surprise, they fit in length too! Ugh, they grow so fast!

The cool man's new "do"!
Miss thing with her WILD hair (from her car seat) and her new shoes! :o) These aren't the only ones she got, but they were so cute! She needed white ones for her little sun dresses!

Beautiful girl! We had just watered the front yard, so everyone was very hot! It's been over 100 degrees here for the past week or more!

Tonight they played Candyland before dinner...Noah LOVES this game, thanks to his good pal Logan!

Always with the crazy faces...lol

She was making her carebear slide down her blanket! We have put in a request to Nanny for more of these little bears! I think she needs these instead of the ol' counting bears...she just loves them so much and carries them ALLL over!

I made gumbo for dinner and it was the first time the kids have ever REALLY eaten it. They both LOVED it and were a complete mess afterward...lol

After her bath, she wanted to try on my shoes! :o)

It's been a great day, very busy, but lots of fun with our friends and at home this evening...we miss Daddy so much! Right now the kids are watching Ni hao Kai-lan (sisters favorite! She has learned quite a few words in chinese because of this show!) and then they are off to bed!
